on this site is limited only to bride & groom from
C.K.P. (Chandraseniya kayastha Prabhu) community or the
son's and daughters of , mothers who are originally hailing
from c.k.p. community. Such members profile will only
be displayed on ckpshubhamangal.com The persons who are
not complying the above requirements and if adds his /
her profile on this site , the same will be deleted without
prior intimation. The user / member who is adding the
profile should be of the age entitle under the law of
land for marriage. |

Right of admission is exclusively vests
with "Ckpsm". The "Ckpsm" reserve
the right to terminate the membership for whatsoever nature
without any prior intimation. |

Length of membership will also come to
an end , if it is noticed that any member is not complying
the requirements or not following the terms and conditions
of "Ckpsm" . And the same will be at absolute
discretion of "Ckpsm". |

The member / user also undertakes that
the said facility on this site of "Ckpsm" is
only for his / her personal use who adds the profile.
It is not to be assigned, transferred to anybody. |

The member / users are advised to make
appropriate and thorough enquiries before acting upon
any matrimonial advertisement displayed on "Ckpsm".
The "Ckpsm" is not taking any responsibility
about the truth , genuineness of the information given
in any profile of "Ckpsm" by any member. The
said information is not enquired or scrutinized by "Ckpsm".
The user who is acting upon the information given in any
profile of "Ckpsm" has to make necessary inquiry.
And the "Ckpsm" will not be held responsible
in any manner of whatsoever nature about the information

The member / user is responsible
for the content, information & details posted and
given in his / her profile on "Ckpsm". The user
/ member also undertakes that he / she will not transmit
any information, statement or content (of whatsoever nature)
which is defamatory, abusive, illegal, sexually oriented
or in any manner in violation of rights of any person
or the law of the land. And if any member does so he/she
will be exclusively & personally responsible for the
same. The members also undertake that the present membership
is not available for using as a platform for any kind
of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or
dealing in any products or services. The member who will
infringe the same, his / her profile will be deleted at
any time without any intimation. |

The membership will be automatically
suspended without any intimation if any member transmit
/ send an abusive , illegal or sexually oriented message
to other members or if displayed in his / her profile. |

|
|
Message sent to the opposite members should
be strictly for the purpose of finding the life partner
only. If it is noticed by "Ckpsm" that any member
is sending the messages other than for the purpose of
finding the life partner, then in such cases his / her
profile will be deleted without any intimation. |

The "Ckpsm" also
reserve the right to modify / delete your profile , if
it finds any prohibitive or objectionable , illegal content
or also in case the contact details , e-mails entered
in the fields other than the fields mentioned for the
purpose. "Ckpsm" may also modify / delete the
profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith and the
same is the absolute discretion of "Ckpsm". |

"Ckpsm" reserves
the right but no obligation, to edit, delete, modify or
withhold display of such content or information of any
profile of its members as it deems fit. |

The membership in the "Ckpsm"
is for sole, personal use. The members are not supposed
to authorize others to use his / her membership, and also
May not entitle to assign or otherwise transfer the account
to any other person or entity. |

The "Ckpsm" will
only acts as a platform for all its members to interchange
information that would promote their common matrimonial
objectives. The "Ckpsm" will provide contact
between and among members within its framework and not
the direct contact details will be provided. The "Ckpsm"
is not the agent of any member and does not partake in
the interchange the results thereof. "Ckpsm"
will be disinterested persons between or among the disputes
of its members, though it may facilitate amicable resolution
of such disputes if so desire. The "Ckpsm" will
not be a party to the disputes of its members of whatsoever

The member / user undertakes
that they will not copy, saved or displayed any information,
photograph on this site. |

"Ckpsm" will maintain
confidential, all personal information (other than that
meant for posting or transmission) provided by members.
However "Ckpsm" may divulge such information
as may be be required by law. |

"Ckpsm" provides
the facility as it is available and not grievances would
be entertained against the availability of the facility.
The "Ckpsm" will take all the reasonable efforts
for continuing uninterrupted availability of the website.
However "Ckpsm" disclaims liability for interruption
or non-availability of above services, loss or damage
of data due to infrastructure, mechanical or failure /
breakdown or by whatsoever reasons. In no event "Ckpsm"
shall be liable for non-availability of the above facility
due to any reasons of whatsoever nature. "Ckpsm"
also reserve the right to suspend or to close the present
matrimonial website at any time with / without prior intimation
to its members And in any case the subscription paid by
any member will not be refunded back to any member. |

are those of the respective user/ member. And the "Ckpsm"
shall not be deemed to subscribe to or deny them in any
manner. The respective member / user are responsible for
the statements, suggestions, advice, opinion given in
his / her profile. |

The member agree
to indemnify "Ckpsm" from any loss, liability,
claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising
out of his / her use (i.e. use by member) of the service
by whatsoever reason. |

"Ckpsm" will not
in any way responsible for any unauthorized contents,
information or representations provided by the member
or user in his / her profile. |

"Ckpsm" reserves
the right to terminate the membership , to suspend a profile
or to disable access in respect of any member in breach
of any of the terms without prior intimation. |

"Ckpsm" is a matrimonial
service provided to its members / users. And the membership
is deemed to have been entered into Mumbai; India and
the laws of India will govern the membership. The territorial
jurisdiction for any purpose is Mumbai, only. |

The members who have paid
the necessary subscription ( i.e. in other words the paid
members ) will be eintitled to take the benefit of this
site (i.e. they can only able to cotact other member ).
However persons who have only registered & has taken
the benefit of free registration will not be entitled
for the benefits available to the paid members. All the
terms & conditions mentioned herein & those which
will be subsequently added are binding on them. |

The membership shall come to
an end on fixing the marriage of the member. And "Ckpsm"
reserve the right to delete the profile of such member
after getting intimation or information. And in any case
the payment received by "ckpsm" will not be
refunded back to any member on any ground. |

The member also undertakes
that, he will be having no grivance if "Ckpsm"
observes that the member has violated any terms &
conditions, then the "Ckpsm" reserve the right
to delete the said profile without giving any reasons
or intimation. And in any case the subscription paid by
the said member will be forfeited. |

"Ckpsm" will not
be held responsible in any manner of whatsoever nature
including the information provided by the members in their
profiles. |
